Parking, Public Transit, and Accessibility Information
There is limited metered street parking. Parking is available at a pay parking lot, located at 12th and Jackson Streets, and one located at the Oakland Museum on Oak, between 10th and 12th Street.
The Recorder's building is a few blocks from Lake Merritt BART station.

Personal, Company or Bank Check, preprinted with account holder's name - payable to: Alameda County Clerk Recorder. Out of country payments must be in U.S. dollars.
Credit cards (Master Card or Visa) are ONLY accepted for online copy request of Birth, Death, Marriage Certificates, Fictitious Business Name Statements, and Official Public Records.
