Grove Way Improvements from Meekland Avenue to Western Boulevard, Alameda County

(Project Update: October 8, 2012)

The County�s contractor, Top Grade Construction, Inc. started construction of the roadway improvement project in August 2012. The construction duration is estimated to take 220 working days.

Work planned for the coming weeks (beginning October 8, 2012) includes:

  • The Contractor will begin to prepare the area for installation of concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk and driveway on the south side between Meekland Avenue and Haviland Avenue.
  • The Contractor will continue to install drainage structures between Meekland Avenue and Western Boulevard.

During this period, the Contractor will set up traffic control for lane closures. We appreciate your patience during construction.
